A plain-language summary of how Clinvero handles program data.

What is stored

Clinical education records: who is enrolled in a program, the shifts they worked, the exams they took part in, the competencies signed off, the rotation schedule, program outcome figures, and documents a program uploads as accreditation evidence. Names and email addresses of members, and an optional program-issued student identifier.

No patient identifiers. Exam records describe a procedure and an age category, never a patient. Do not enter patient information anywhere in Clinvero.

Who can see it

Access is enforced in the database, not only in the interface. A student sees their own record. Staff see their own program. Directors and coordinators additionally see outcomes, evidence, imports and billing. No program can read another program’s data.

Payments

Student term payments are processed by Stripe. Clinvero never sees or stores card details; it stores only that a term was paid, when, and the Stripe reference for it. Receipts come from Stripe.

Getting your data out

Every figure in the accreditation report drills to its underlying rows and exports to CSV, the evidence binder exports as a zip, and the report prints to PDF. The data belongs to the program; export it at any time.
